All vessels over 20 years intend to call libya for either loading or discharging must obtain exception from the libyan marine authority by providing the following international certificates:

- Certificate of class
- Certificate of registry
- P&I certificate of entry
- Safety equipment certificate
- Safety radio certificate
- Anti pollution prevention certificate
- Load line certificate
- Safety construction certificate

Charge
- for first call is 5,025.00 lyd equal to euro 3,000.00
- for second call 10,050.00 lyd equal to euro 6,000.00
If you notify us two weeks before vessel arrival, we can arrange the permission almost free of charge. |
